I think writing is more difficult because concern with grammar. In speaking, u can use more than 1 languages( body language) to explain/discuss about something. Blah blah blah

But i feel, in speaking is difficult to pronounce.

for me both are equally difficult (rather than easy). There must be a reason why they test people in both skills though.

Try to listen again and again about 5 or 7 time for u know where pressing is => pronounce with your voice. At first, just listen in TV, radio, music, news more and more,whenever you have free time. giving 2 hours to do that.
