I have to remember all of them since Phonetics is still an imporant part of high school exam. It's not that hard to memorize, though. You only need to memorize /t/ /id/ and the remainings are /d/ by default.

No need to remember all of those above. Just pronounce them in easier ways, and easier ways are normally the right ways
For example, k-ed: /kt/ can be pronounced easier than /kd/, eg. "worked": /wərkt/ is easier than /wərkd/.
Another example, "stopped": /stɑpt/ > /stɑpd/

speak/write as you think, no need to be very presice
