Both "question" and "ask" can indeed be used as a verb. However, they're all "transitive" verb (requiring an object), and thus cannot be used in this sentence (where no object is specified). In my opinion, the correct statement should be:

"try to make a question and answer in English."

I see many words when 'i' is stressed, 'i' will be pronounced /ai/, etc: ideal, iphone, ipad, itouch... The rest you have to learn.

You're right.But it's rare to see someone say a sentence that long.They use "try to question & answer..." for a short sentence

Can anyone tell me when to pronunce the suffix -ed as /t/ and /d/ and are there any differences between american enlish, british english and australia english?

i think they are alike the thing which is different among 3 place may be their tone

I want to practice English, especially Speaking. Anyone knows where in HCM that i can have a group of people (i dont care if they are Vietnamese, but they must speak English :P) to talk to.
