1. C. As we need to add one adjective clause there to elaborate on the noun "changes", it should be "... implementing rule changes that/which governs the period of time". "Governing" is the reduced form of the underlined phrase 2. A. Choose A based on the appropriate meaning of the sentence. Other options make no sense. Yes, the verb "risk" can be followed by a noun or a gerund PS: You should learn how to use google and internet for reference |
