What do you feel or think if your girl friend is much shorter than you? Ex: you're 1m80 and she's 1m50. Don't mention her beauty or personality, just consider you have a gf in this situation (or you already have). My Sister's 1m50 and her husband is 1m80. They married 5 years. still happy together until now. They have a lovely daughter .
I dont think height is the matter of love man.

But first let me ask you something. Why is your question in past tense? "was falling in love" means he does not love you anymore, right?

If not, just simply tell him, I want to bear children and you will be their godfather (or godmother, whatever). Tell him you respect his feeling, be friendly with him as you use to be.

Seriously, this case is hard!
