you mean that: be=am/is/are ? or just be

that's totally correct. I've seen many sentences using that structure. For example, "glad to be of help", "he's more of a man than I thought", "time is of the essence", "make sure the food is of good quality"...

I crashed my RC helicopter down to river near our flying ground...
So sad...but my wife look so happy about that.
1000$ is gone...
