Yeah. For some reason, English and Hindi are both used as official languages of India.

Yeah. I know that "both English and Hindi are official languages in India".
In my thought, this sentence means that people can use English alone or Hindi alone in India.
What I heard in that movie was kind of a mixture of English and "Hindi".
And Hindi seems to be a language of high class people in India (because Chatur want to give a speech in Hindi just to impress Virus and the minister)
