Nope. Only those in Quebec some other provinces can speak French. Where I live people only speak English.

well a friend of mine who used to live there when she was little told me both French and English were taught in schools, though her main language is English she's still able to understand French, not perfectly but still...

^ So what ? I live in Viet Nam and English is taught in schools. My mother tongue is Vietnamese but I can speak English, not very well but still...
