A lot of my vietnamese friends when they first came here, they wore áo ba lỗ to go take pictures outside with the snow. After 2-3 years staying in winnipeg, they wear 2 jackets when it's only -3 -4 deg. =))

nope. Winter made us weaker. People are not stupid, they know they have to wear warm in cold weather; but they just didn't feel cold in their first winter. Zero degree was nothing to them, still played soccer outside.
