I don't know where's that Licking Park but if it's newly built, an extra 10,000d per entry may be advisable.

oh shit, entry price of Thủ Lệ Zoo near my house is just 2000 dong(a few yrs ago), but you can enter it without fee if you go there before 8 a.m (for doing exercises...)

Oh btw, speaking of Hung king's event, to be honest, the word "celebrate" doesn't sound very respected (imo); 'cos we normally don't celebrate something that was/is not a very fun event; on the other hand, right is to say like: the wedding anniversary should be celebrated, the same goes for the victory of the humanity against the Nazis.
