Yeah , i listen VOA Dynamic English every other day , but it not enough for me . Do you have another advice ?
And how should i train grammar to reach 500 point of TOEIC , it's too difficult , isn't it ?

BBC is so difficult for newbie cuz you should buy or take an Enlish listening skill training CD to improve it from basic

It's should be: "it's a bit confusing", or "it confuses me"
if "listen" is followed by a noun, remember to put "to" in the middle
speak===>speaking
