In this case, "a farmer employing the new machinery" is just another way of saying " a farmer who employs the new machinery". That term helps the sentence less wordy.

sorry to say this but in what situation we use "present perfect" and "past perfect"
i know this is almost the very english basic skill but i do not understand when we use them...![]() no bricks plz...
