Help me, FPT ADSL dùng modem của Viettel
Hi anh em. Số là con Zyxel nhà em bị nước vào lăn đùng ra chết. Giờ em đang thay = một em modem (của thằng bạn dùng Viettel ADSL cho ). Em dùng với một em Wireless Router D-Link. Nhưng không hiểu do mạng dạo này củ chuối hay modem không tương thích mà mạng rất hay rớt. Có cao thủ nào ra tay vụ này hộ em với. Thanks!

Nếu dùng FPT thì bạn hãy gọi lên trung tâm báo là bạn đã đổi modem và đọc cho nó địa chỉ MAC của modem bạn để nó thay đổi trên tổng đài.

Hi khanhduy301, mình đã gọi để họ reset MAC cho mình. Vấn đề ở đây là mình vào được mạng nhưng thường xuyên bị rớt mạng. Mình nghi là do modem không tương thích hoặc là phải điều chỉnh option j đó trong modem để tương thích với FPT ADSL. Thanks.

em mượn bạn con Planet ADE - 4100 đang xài VNN tốt
về cắm với FPT, set MAC rồi, chạy rất chập chờn
Gọi lên FPT thì họ bảo thấy em cứ tầm 1 phút là lại out

Như vậy thì hóa ra xài mạng của thằng nào thì phải sử dụng Moderm của thằng đó à (lỡ mua Moderm coi như vứt )
