Phải bật user Guest trong User Account lên thì mới có thể truy cập file trực tiếp trong mạng.

Bro đặt static IP cho 2 máy, ko để 2 máy tự nhận IP, ping xem 2 máy đã thông chưa, không cần bật user guest lên đâu, kiểm tra lại File and printer sharing đi. Nếu ping thông thì sau đó từ máy có IP 192.168.1.33 vào start / run, gõ:
\\192.168.1.34
là có thể vào oki
