ACET and British Council are the two best IELTS training centers so far, but the tuition is extremely high as well.
For sefl-study, you can ggl and watch book reviews in some other forums such as Vietabroader, VietMBA, VietPhD or English topics in ttvnol. If only you studied TOELF, I could recommend you some.
