4. Make it "read only" (rclick, properties, read only)

7. now highlight your username and tick the deny box for 'full control' in the list (all the items then highlight deny)
This will prevent you from renaming or deleting the file. Why? Because it seems Opera occasionally renames
this file to .dbak (a backup I guess) and creates a new one - this will revert the behaviour and we don't want that.
Click Ok, and OK again.
8. start opera - should always be as you wanted now..

Tức là Opera nó cung cấp API cho dev-ers phát triển các extensions liên quan đến bookmarks.
Tức là bookmark có trở lại hay không thì còn phụ thuộc vào cái API và dev-ers.
