Seriously, you should take an English course. Your grammar seems awfully bad here.

Ottawa probably has the most comprehensive busway system in North
America. Its “Transitway” was built in stages from 1978 through 1996 and
features a 31-kilometre bus-only corridor leading to the central business
district, where it connects to exclusive bus lanes on city streets (FTA, 2001).
Over 75% of passenger bus trips are made using the Transitway. It was
constructed largely on rail rights-of-way and was designed for possible
conversion to rail should ridership warrant
Someone please do me a favor by translating the bold sentence! I'll be thankful!

p/s: if you have time please explain the part "....should ridership warrant" for me! I don't understand it! :(

"(Cái busway đấy) nằm phần lớn trên các làn đường ưu tiến, khi lượng hành khách đủ đông thì các xe buses lưu hành có thể ghép nối (thành) thêm các toa tàu."
Should ridership warrant = if....
Ridership = passenger

My English is not too bad, though. But when I come to read this manga, I feel like my brain is being fucked up
May be this kind of scf-fi manga is too much for me

In addition, we'll never get a band score of more than 6 in IELTS speaking without using any idioms or collocations.
Do you guys know the idiom "lip service" which is defined in dictionaries as "support shown by words only and not by actions".
I wonder if we could use it to mention untruthful compliments.
Anybody can help me?
