I am living in Ho Chi Minh City where is known a economic and cultural center in the South of VietNam. HCM has a lot advantages to develop travel and economy.
First of all, the climate is moderate with six rainy and dry months turn out, addition with a good site, HCM is rarely influenced by natural disaster such as typhoon or flood like others in VN. Additional with excellent infrastructure , HCM has a strong economy. For example, Many headquarters of foreign company locate on, and there are a lot of industrial areas or skyscrapers have been built.
Second, HCM attracts thousands of tourist each year because of it's beautiful sights and places. For instance, you can visit Reunification Palace which witnessed the independence day in VN, sit on the benches next to SaiGon river to see sunset or simple walking along the shade trees in 23/9 park. Moreover, Shopping in HCM is convenience with magnificent center such as Diamond, Vincom or Parkson plaza, and some others fashionable streets like Nguyễn Trãi, NDC are good for you to try. Also at night, the street full of activities, you can go out to the restaurants or bars that open until late at night.
Otherwise, in contrast of good things above, HCM also has some problems. One of the worst issue is transport, traffic-jam occur widely everyday. The other is increasing crime in few recent years.
Finally, if you have free times, you should travel to HCM city and discover interesting places.

It's ok, life is experience, you know it, accept it, get experience from it and move on. I blamed myself a lot in the past, and it was the worst period of my life. I also write a little article about living at the moment, it may be not related directly to your situation but it does help a lot in future.

Last month, i called to 1080 center to ask about the phone number of BinhThanh electricity office. The woman staff who has a cute voice provided exactly the number to me. After that i had a second call, i talked to the officer that i need a support because the electricity suddenly powered off. He answered that electrical workers would come fix it in 30 minutes. Finally, they appeared and solve the problem. Then i continued to access f17 in order to take airblade with vozers...

In point of my view, polite and patience are most important characteristics of call center staff. Because she or he has to talk to huge amount of client everyday so they feel very very under pressure, thus women are prefer to men to perform this task . In addition, call center staff should be smart to understand information from client quickly so it will save the time and money fee of either him/her or client.

Could i get the details of the stupid reason caused your failure examination?
I had an extremely stupid reason that made me fail the exam, too. Once, i had a mistake when i wrote my ID student on the paper test , the result scored 9.0 but the teach did not accept it so i think he is really a bad guy. Then i had to resist the subject(Data Structures and Algorithms) and got only 6.0, teacher like sh*t
