There are two things you can do:
1. Buy her good medicines. My father has diabetes too, and my sister is a doctor. My family has ordered some medicines from the USA for a few months now, and his blood test result has been better and better ever since.

2. Persuade your family to give her a healthy diet. Not eating x,y,z is not enough, a controlled diet is what's important. Most people just don't care about how they eat, and that's where the diseases come from. Ironically, my sister and i failed to persuade our parents about it. .

I really don't know what type of food she can eat,what type of food she can't,and how much can she eat for those

I rely on my sister about it, so i can't tell you any advice. . Because you have to actually know why which food is good and which is bad, how much is enough and how they effect our body, then you can give good advices. Unfortunately for our us, my family and relatives think any form of diet is called "ăn kiêng" when they should think about it as "chế độ ăn" and they just don't understand/listen to her. Maybe you should ask a nutritionist.
