In Vietnamese, it wouldn't mean "Có tin được không?", in my thoughts. It's believed that the sentence should be "Can/could you believe this?".

Nayumi uses English like native language. I am embarrassed in this situation. This is because the word "Zen" and "SALE". Now, you (Mr.ChiPhu) make me understand. If Nayumi uses smile emotion( ex: =) or ) follows the sentence, he could make me understand immediately. He sells...and I buy at once. Thanks Mr.ChiPhu !
