giờ toàn báo ko có permission

Thím nào gặp tình trạng giống mình chưa nhỉ? Mình bắt link trên youtube có video thì dạng mp4 video thì dạng mkv, mà đuôi mp4 thì down về xem bình thường mọi chất lượng còn dạng mkv thì mất tiếng, hình ảnh thì ko có, kiểu như đĩa vcd bị xước ấy.
