As you know, nowaday a lot of workers in the world are made redundant in the resulting cuts so I think women should stay at home, maybe they will take on the role of a osin in the kitchen or a real sexy girl in bed even though they are having a good possition in a big company and then all of us ( the real man or on the other word, the unemployment) will have more opportunity to have a job.
