Got a question for any of you experts in here

Can anybody tell the difference(s) between "what about" and "how about"? Been googled it but nothing seemed usefully enough

generally when u say how about, it means that u have alternative choices while what abt mean that u suggest only 1 choice.

btw those guys in Sherlock Holmes have light form of british accent not American one.
