Sửa filr word, excel sau khi cứu dữ liệu

bị format hoặc del, dùng undelete plus cứu lại máy file word nhưng toàn bị code ra các ô vuông.
làm sao để chữa lại font chữ

Thường thì thua... Lỗi này thuộc về cấu trúc dữ liệu tập tin rồi nên font chữ ko có tác dụng gì ở đây.
