Hỏi tí về câu lệnh Oracle?
Em có 1 bảng 1 triệu bản ghi em muốn dùng câu lệnh để chia bảng này thành 2 phần, mỗi phần 1/2 triệu thì dùng câu lệnh như thế nào?
