One of best office suite from microsoft, office 2007 has got Service Pack 1 long back. Where as there is hardly any news about Office 2007 Service Pack 2 which is said to be more secure then SP1 and expected release in 1st half of 2009.

You might be surprised to know office 2007 Service Pack 2 is already leaked on popular torrent websites and available for download as standalone executable. Office 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) KB number of KB953195 and said to be leaked from china.
The leaked Microsoft Office 2007 SP2 will upgrade installed Microsoft Office 2007 to version 12.0.6416.1000, comparing with Microsoft Office 2007 SP1 which has the build version of 12.0.6331.5000.

Its still unsure whether this actual Final Office 2007 Service Pack 2 build or release candidate or a beta software, EULA ID (EULAID) has the word beta in it: 012.0_B2TR_PRE.0_BTA_EN.

Office team had already announced that SP2 will have support for Open Document Format (ODF), XML Paper Specification (XPS), and Portable Document Format (PDF).

lên web MS thì vẫn là SP1, chưa có thông báo SP2, lên wiki xem thử thì latest version là SP1

Nếu plain text thì chắc chắn được, còn nếu có large image hoặc special symbols thì :sweat: :-s

DOCX còn đỡ, gặp PPTX thì lắm khi đau t ym lém
Có mấy hyperlink mà để trong special object, lúc convert xong cái hyperlink mất tích xứ nào (khi mở = 2K3) :surrender:

cứ lên 2k7 mà xài, tại sao phải bám 2k3, mình thấy MS nó sắp xếp lại hợp lý, tốt, còn ai bảo ko quen thì xài từ từ sẽ quen và thích luôn là khác, bảo đảm đấy, mình thì cứ latest version mà xài, không sợ phải chạy theo người khác

Đồng ý, dùng google docs đối với mình là ngon rồi, cài office 2k7 để phòng thân thôi.

Ví dụ công ty lập bảng lương bằng Excel và cần mail đến mỗi nhân viên chi tiết lương của từng người, đối với Office 2K hay 2K3 thì điều này là không thể nếu không biết coding hoặc phải làm thủ công, còn Office 2K7 xử lý việc này rất dễ dàng...

Mình thì dùng bản Office 2007 với 1 lý do duy nhất là dễ dùng. Có mấy cái chức năng hay làm thì MS Office 2007 nó bày ra trước mặt rồi, OO.org với ashampoo thì tìm mãi kô có:shot:

chả tội gì, chút thời gian download rồi cài đặt là có ngay Office 2007, có mất gì đâu mà ko thử
dùng office 2003 để làm mục lục cho quyển truyện khoảng 300 chương thì ngất luôn nhưng dùng office 2007 thì đơn giản đi ko ít

lại để nguyên định dạng đây mà, trước thằng bạn gửi mail để sửa cho nó cuối cùng nó để docx, bảo nó save lại định dạng 2003 mới đọc được.

Ở 2K7 có sẵn nhiều định dạng cho phép chọn ngay lập tức được mà không phải mất nhiều công chỉnh sửa như ở 2K3 trở về trước. Nôm na là what u see is what u get đúng nghĩa =)
