Just a piece of personal advice here though, I don't think you will excel in SAT by taking classes there, at least I won't. However, I am uncertain about whether you will benefit from it at all. Yet for me the best way to master it is to learn it by yourself.

Leave the Math Section for now because I am genuinely confident you will get it done by half of the time allowed. Focus on critical and writing sects. Get the blue book (http://www.amazon.com/Official-SAT-Study-Guide-New/dp/0874477182) because it's basically the bible for every SAT newbies.

Since you have noted it, I would suggest you with these:
- Workshop: ok, I just misunderstood it with "conference" so leave it.
- Villas in West Lake and Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Ba Dinh: I guess this should work: "Villas by West Lake and real estate in districts such as: Hoan Kiem,....."
- finding down sounds kinda strange to me 'cus I've heard that word, maybe you could say:"finding your desirious apartments..."
- use "etc" instead of "..." because there's no "..." in English writing.
- when looking up the dictionary for some word, you should pay attention to the note "(thông tục)" in every description and do not use it in formal cases like this letter.

(1): i think using this sentence in this kind of letter is not the good way. I jus feel its so dry when I reached to this point. If its me, i 'd like to write it as: We leased, served and we make people satisfied even when they r the choosy customers with high requirements....
(2): in my opinion, putting "like" or "such as" (as Chilln did) is better than using "for example" here. So its ur choice.

from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms
- why dont u put only 1 "bedroom" instead of 2? - from 2 to 5 bedrooms?

Lease duration if the lessee has any troubles with rental house, our company will give you a hand in solving that troubles.

- On the lease duration, you people will have our best support given by our company if you have any trouble. (i think Chilln 's idea about this part is good, this is jus my one way i want to give because i did nt get ur sentence from the 1st time i read)

As far as I learned from internet, this trend of "I used to x, then I took an arrow in the knee" originates from a popular saying in the game called Skyrim (I don't play this. And don't know either :">) where a lot of Guards say the same "I used to be an adventurer, then I took an arrow in the knee". This saying is used so frequently that it attracted players' attention first and then becomes a higly used phrase in many circumstances.

Urbandictionary is best archieve for words/phrase/idioms which will not be defined in any normal dictionary. I really love this dictionary and come to it all the time I come across a strange word or phrase.

When talking about a person coming from Hong Kong, we can call them Hong Kong resident, Hong Kong people or Hong Konger (who for one reason or another do not have legal residence status but spent an extensive period of time in Hong Kong or otherwise have a strong cultural connection with Hong Kong)

Mistake was mistake. I cant come back to the past to do things again. Just so sad because of two years I live with all my love, do everything...But nothing appreciated. Yes, If I could, I let myself down, but it's impossible. There are still family, closed relationships, friends... await for me. They love me as I love them, and I cannot disappointed them anyway. Hi there, I've been following this topic for a few months and this is my first post, btw ^^!
About the question of soulmaster, one thing I would like to correct is condition, not air conditional. U can google it to know what is that ^^. Or u really mean it's a air conditional, how the hell ^^?
There is no doubt that sp and wr (academic) are very hard, especially sp, u know. There are many mistake u may have such as structure, lexical resource, coherence, fluency and pronunciation.
Go to Eng class three times a week, but what kind of class ? Class in university, Eng academy, etc and how does it make u feel hard to speak? However, the important thing I want to mention is how much time u spend in class isn't important sometimes, right methods are the key for u !
First of all, u said that you think very slowly, this is a common mistake, I think, for most of Vietnames cuz u think about what do u gonna say in Vietnames then translate it into English. There are two problen, u have to spend more time to think and your sentences will be fuckin' complicated. U can't control your thought that way.
One solution for this problem is think about what do u want to say in English, it's hard for the newcomer but u need to try. Improve your backgound knowledge by reading, let's begin with some common topics such as environment, health, etc. This is the good way cuz u will know what u should talk, it also improve your lexical resource.
In addition, take your time to speak with the native tearchers, they will correct your mistake and make sure u'll never do it again, talk to them also make u feel more confident about your sp skill.
Finally, I think speaking is simply a replication process. I suggest u listening to music, watching movies, things like that and copy there style, their sentence structure which necessary for comunicate with others ^^
